Marinduque Fugitive Falls in QC Ops

Many wanted criminals have been apprehended with
the police's Oplan Lambat Sibat
MANILA, Philippines - Police operatives arrested a fugitive wanted for rape in Marinduque during an operation in Quezon City.

Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director Joel Pagdilao said his men along with members of the Gasan, Marinduque police nabbed Israel Magararu, 38, of San Antonio St., San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City.

Armed with an arrest warrant, authorities apprehended Magararu, considered as Marinduque's no. 9 Wanted Person, around 5:40 a.m. last June 29 near a school in  San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City.

Meanwhile, the authorities also nabbed several wanted persons, including former barangay personnel, in different places in Quezon City for various crimes.

Police arrested Rec Ding Ding, 26, charged with qualified theft; Lloyd Palma, 46, charged with nine counts of  qualified theft through falsification of commercial documents; Jessie Delos Santos, Romulo Parana, and Roberto Catapang, all ex-barangay security personnel charged with illegal possesion of firearms;  Felyn Tabangay, accused of Estafa; Alexander Tan Ong, accused of Grave Threats and Larry Binuya, 39, also accused of murder in Malolos City.

Binuya was also implicated in the killing of salon manager and a taxi driver in Quezon City in November 2014.
