Marinduque Intern: Sings You Are My Song in It's Showtime

Marinduque stream and social media communities were cheered for Paul Lenard Delos Santos as he competes in one of the segments of It’s Showtime called “Singing Mo To” aired last February 6, 2016. It’s Showtime is one of the most popular noontime musical variety show in the Philippines airs weekdays at 12:15pm to 2:45pm and Saturdays at 12:00nn to 3:00pm on ABS-CBN.

Paul a native of Brgy. Napo, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque is a graduating student in Marinduque State College (Main Campus, Boac) taking Bachelor of Arts major in Communication. He is currently an intern in Salamat Dok, a medical television program hosted by Bernadette Sembrano which provides information on diseases and medical concerns broadcasted on ABS-CBN as well. Paul also completed his internship in T.V. Production Operations.

Asked what motivates him to participate in the competition, he said “I joined Singing Mo To primarily to showcase na may talent ang mga taga Marinduque, na kaya nating makipagsabayan at maipakita ang talentong ito sa buong bansa maging sa buong mundo”.
